Confidentiality

Information submitted in the ECO-Buy Sustainable Procurement Assessment Tool will be analysed by ECO-Buy Ltd. Any financial information regarding procurement budgets will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed. Non-financial information may be used publicly on an anonymous basis. ECO-Buy is legally bound by the Privacy Act (1988) to protect the privacy of organisations and cannot give identifiable information to any third party.
